- Extended Shifts: Any employee working twelve (12) or more hours in a single day will be compensated for all hours worked, including the lunch period.
- Holidays: All work performed on observed holidays will be invoiced at the Double Time rate. Observed holidays are: New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on Friday, it will be observed on Thursday; when it falls on Saturday or Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.
- Tools & Safety Equipment: The above rates include all hand tools and personal safety equipment valued under $1,000.00. Any tool or equipment item valued at $1,000.00 or more will be billed at current AED rental rates.
- Training & Testing: Any training, certification, or testing required for the performance of work will be billed in accordance with this rate sheet.

Emergency Call-In Rates:
- After-hours call-in (Monday–Thursday): invoiced at the Overtime rate with rollover pay.
- Day call-in (Friday–Sunday): invoiced at the Overtime rate.
- Night call-in (Friday–Sunday): invoiced at the Double Time rate.
- Call-in time is invoiced from the moment the employee departs their residence until they return home.
- Outage Rates: Rates stated herein apply to regular work periods. During major outage periods (defined as outages of three or more consecutive days), Outage Rates will apply. The outage rate period encompasses two (2) weeks prior to the outage, the weeks of the outage itself, and two (2) weeks following the outage.

Code Stamp & QA/QC Work:
- A fee of $1,000.00 per occurrence will be invoiced for each use of a Burkes code stamp.
- QA/QC time includes both on-site hours and time required for associated office and documentation work.
- A minimum charge of ten (10) hours per employee applies to all code-related work.
- Specialty consumables (milling guns, honing rocks, grinding rocks, grinding burrs, flapper wheels, etc.) will be billed at cost plus 10%.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Invoices are due Net 30 Days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1½% per month will be assessed on all balances outstanding beyond 30 days. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service.
